Some of my favorites...

Reminiscing over the past year has been fun...  I FINALLY loaded my phone pictures and found some great pictures of my sweet little Jedidiah.  Although he isn't so little any more.

Jed LOVES to read, he always has books, and loves talking about them, looking at pictures and recently, his favorite picture is a "BirthDAY CAAKE" picture!
This is a funny one... love remembering him get stuck in the dog food container.
Jedidiah loved kissing Riley... and then saying "bye bye Riley"
Jed also loves his daddy... rough housing, getting thrown on the couch, playing "horsey"...
"Ouchie" - "Blo-oN-it" (we blow on ouches, as oppose to kissing them)
 First orthopedic procedure... hand surgeon???
 Wearing mommy's hats
 (work hat)
Carting around his "lion and lamb"... of which he can't sleep without.
 Playing with is buddy "AuTEEN"

Low Rider... in the grocery store... just chillin'
On an errand with daddy to Ace Hardware.  Jed sat in this seat while Jesse walked around the store looking for the things he needed.  He LOVES little chairs!
At the bike store looking for a bike... still too short :(
 "PULL!! PULL!!!..."
"Peek boo"
 More reading!
At great grandma and grandpa's house, using great grandma's walker.
 Riley's first Fresno State game.
 Walking with daddy.
Eating a S'More... show me your happy face!
 "Riley Seat"
 Face plant!
 My two favorite boys.
Jedidiah has started repeating the alphabet... sometimes we hear him wandering around "Q...R...S...T... ...Q...R...S...T".  This was in September when we were driving home from the coast.
 Jed and Austin, censoring perfectly!
Praying for lunch... side note, when we pray, Jed prays for "Opa Jeep... LOUD, Oma Car...Videos"
 Sleeping...
More reading with Austin and Auntie She She
 Football game
"Bull Gogs"... "Football.. PLAYer... FaLL DOWN"

 SOOO tired!  "Nuggle Mommy..." (Snuggle)
He fell asleep before we got home.
 Helping Daddy work!
Jed and Mommy went on a "gate" (Date)... Jesse helped Jed pick me a flower and now, Jed picks flowers all the time for me!
"Morning"... Jed says as he reads the book... "Wake UP!"
Jed LOVES to work outside, with tools... "Rake, blower"... "Diah HamNering NAAils"... It's adorable!

What would we do without the iPhone?  Capturing SOOO many wonderful memories is so easy now!

Riley Renee Pictures

It's amazing how time flies... I have totally been so late on everything with my sweet girl... I guess it's because I'm a little extra busy at home!  Here are some pictures that the wonderful Cori Derksen took!  Many of them have been on Facebook, but here is a more complete collection.

Love those smiles!

Meeting Great Grandma and Grandpa

A few weeks ago we went to Loma Linda to visit my grandparents.  After hearing news that my grandpa (mom's dad) has stomach cancer, my grandparents left Auburn, Washington (where they live half of the year) and quickly headed to Loma Linda for treatment.  Their intention was to stop in Fresno to meet Riley, however, plans change!  So, my cousin Melissa decided to fly in from Hawaii, my cousin Leonard flew in from Arizona, Lauren joined us from Malibu and my mom, myself and the kids  drove from Fresno.  It was a blast!

Doesn't she look so HAPPY!!!  Great grandma loves babies and is fantastic with them!
Melissa and Leonard played with Jed... Jed LOVED them and the new toy from great grandma!
Great grandma and grandpa holding Riley and Jed.  Riley was 6 weeks old at the time.
Great grandpa had a great idea... SPRINKLERS!  It was hot and Jed was ready to get wet!
 Melissa with Riley.
Great grandpa doesn't exactly like holding babies but he did a great job for grandma's scrap book!

This is a great picture... it captures 5 Generations.  This is MY great grandma Lucille.  She remarried my great grandpa (who passed away in 2008) after both of their spoused had died.  They were married for 10 years and for a large portion of my life.  She is a wonderful lady and kept my great grandpa alive a lot longer they he would have alone!
 More sprinkler time... Rooster tail!
Grandpa has lots of cars... LOTS!  He has a beautiful Buick that he recently redid.  This is a picture of Jed looking in the tires of the car.  He loves tires, especially shiny ones!
The grandkids and great grandkids... minus Jonathan and Chandler (we missed you!)
Thanks for hosting us crazy kids all weekend!  We had such a great time with you and pray for your treatment and recovery!
